This website is operated by Atio Gallery (“we”, “our”, “us”). We provide a platform to showcase, sell, and commission artwork, and to represent artists.

You agree to use this website lawfully and must not:

3. Intellectual Property

5. Commissioned Artwork (Customers)
When you commission artwork through Atio Gallery:

Atio Gallery reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received

6. Artist Agreements
Artists working with or represented by Atio Gallery agree to the following:

Atio Gallery may display, promote, and market the artist’s work

We may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or any resulting loss.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
